  Having little or no understanding of bullying can pose danger to an individual mental health,( the bully and the bullied). Literally bullying is an act of using one’s strength or muscles , sometimes, words to make other feel unsafe and reduce their self esteem, consciously or subconsciously. A bully will try all his possible ways for the bullied to conform to his laws and principle and if he doesn’t get a positive reply, he ends up using sensitive and hurtful words on the bullied and may end up using his strengths too. Have you been bullied before? There have been several cases of bullying over the years and some lead to concussion , a state where an individual tends to lose his senses dues to a blow in the head, Some extreme cases may lead to death.   The new normalcy is in no doubt a cankerworm to the society, a question to behold, How on earth is a teenager depressed? What responsibility is such individual depressed about? Individual find themselves in relatively difficult situations compare to some period aback.
