* DON'T ISOLATE YOURSELF: Introverts tends to love loneliness naturally,but it's not good enough, be surrounded by people always, even in the home setting, don't stay in the room alone,move around the house, take a tour from the room to the kitchen, and stroll around, by so doing you'll discover new things.



*BELONG TO AN EDUCATIVE GROUP: Social media is made available and accessible to us, true, social media has its advantages and disadvantages but you can choose to look into the positive aspect, belonging to groups on social media curbs boredom, exchanging idea and renewing your own idea, it improves your standard of reasoning and widens our  exposure,it can also be of help in the nearest future. The different between you and another person is your level  of opportunity and information .


*READ:This varies, you can read books that interest you,it could be an E-book or story books, you can also watch movies of your niche, it will go a long way in reducing boredom and afterwards you take a break,by so doing there's no cycle of wasted effort.


*CREATE A SCHEDULE:This doesn't necessarily mean that you're subjected to one set of activities daily you can have a rotational routine on how to go about with your daily activities.


*READ, EAT, LEARN &PRAY: To an extent, some individuals don't put trust in divine powers. Certainly , there's a divine connection with humans and their creator,this should be acknowledged, give thanks to the source of life and existence. Eat appropriately and have a good sleeping routine.
